Emmsons International has informed that there has been no change in Directors of the Company as such and the association of Rajesh Monga as Director of the Company is being continued after cessation of his term as Whole Time Director of the Company with effective from 31.12.2023, as earlier informed to the Exchange vide its communication dated 30.01.2024. Further, the disclosure was made by the Company to the Exchange within 12 hours of the noting of the aforesaid cessation of term of Rajesh Monga as WTD by the Board of Directors of the Company through resolution passed by circulation on 30.01.2024 and due authorisation obtained in this regard. The detailed disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and the SEBI Circular dated 13.07.2023 (as amended), are as enclosed.
