KSS' subsidiary - K Sera Sera Miniplex has inaugurated its Sangrur Miniplex located at CL Tower, Near Shivam Chowk, Nankiana Road, Sangrur in state of Punjab on May 16, 2013. The theatre will also be used to conduct virtual E-education classes in the non-movie hours.

KSS (formerly K Sera Sera) is a content production house that brings together a unique combination of film financing, production and distribution. The company has a net worth of more than Rs 240 crore and is listed on the NSE, BSE & Luxemburg Stock Exchange.
