Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Elgi Equipments has informed that the Company has signed a technical licensing agreement with D.V.P. Vacuum Technology S.P.A., (‘DVP’) Italy, on February 15, 2024, to acquire from DVP the know-how, technical information and assistance to assemble, manufacture and sell the ‘Vacuum Products’ in India, and outside India at relevant time with consent of DVP. The company has enclosed the details for the above as prescribed under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, as Annexure A.
