Surat Trade and Mercantile has confirmed that as on 31st March, 2024, the Company does not fall under the categories as mentioned in Para No. 2.2 of SEBI Circular: SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018, and hence the Company is not ‘Large Corporate’. Accordingly, the disclosure in ‘Annexure A’ to the said Circular is not applicable. Further, the Company was not falling under category of Large Corporate for the financial year 2023-24, the requirement of filing the Annual Disclosure as mentioned in Annexure B1 of the said Circular for the financial year 2023-24 is also not applicable.
