Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Circular No.- SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018, in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Entities, Cranex has confirmed that the Company is not a ‘Large Corporate’ within the meaning as specified in para 2.2 of the said circular. Accordingly, the Initial Disclosure and Annual Disclosure to the said circular are not applicable to the company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024.
