In compliance with the requirements of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 (‘SEBI Circular’) read with BSE Circular vide Notice No. 20220427-2 dated April 27, 2022, Bajaj Steel Industries has informed that the company does not qualify as ‘Large Corporate’ as on March 31, 2024 as per the criteria given under para 2.2 of the said SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018. Since, the company is not identified as Large Corporate, it is not required to submit any disclosure as required in clause 4 of the above Circular.
