Vision Corporation has decided to accept online payments with Prime Banks Internet Payment Gateway (IPSP) and have registered the company with RBI as Member Service Provider (ISO/MSP). The board of directors at its meeting held on May 28, 2013 has taken the note of it.
The value of the office building has been revalued from approximately Rs 77 lakh to approximately Rs 2.51 crore as on January 14, 2013, as per the valuation report of Ambike Consultant and the same has been adopted in the accounts as on that date.
