Pursuant to Reg.29(1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Binny has informed that the Company has called for a Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 14,2024 to consider, approve the following businesses: 1) Appointment of New Directors on the Board. 2) Take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December,2023. 3) Re-constitution of the Committees of the Board. Further in accordance with its intimation dated January 29,2024 regarding Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading / dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed.
