Universal Autofoundry has informed that on 29th September, 2023, the company received a Notice from National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) regarding application filed by Precision Autocasting (Operational Creditor) Section 9 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 to initiate Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against Outstanding dues of supplies made by Precision Autocasting to Universal Autofoundry, the Case is still pending. They deeply regret the delay in informing the exchange through oversight.
