Tierra Agrotech has agreed to acquire 60,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 30 each aggregating to Rs 18 crore of Tierra Seed Science (TSSPL), the wholly owned subsidiary of the company. TSSPL is currently engaged in the business of dealing in all kinds of Seeds, Hybrid Seeds, research and laboratory activities. The said acquisition is expected to be completed within 15 days.
The company is engaged in research, development, production, processing and commercialization of superior products in major crops like Cotton, Rice, Corn, Mustard, Tomato and Okra.
