Further to letter dated March 30, 2024, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company by all the directors, promoters and promoter group, designated persons, all connected persons and their immediate relatives has already been closed with effect from April 01, 2024 and shall remain closed till Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of the (Standalone and Consolidated) Audited Financial Statements / Results of the Company for the Financial Year and Quarter ended March 31, 2024.
