VTM has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 23.05.2023 have declared a dividend of Rs 0.75 per equity share of Re 1/- each, for the financial year 2023- 24, subject to members approval at the ensuing AGM. The Annual General Meeting is fixed on 24th July 2024. Share Transfer books shall remain closed from 12.07.2023 to 24.07.2024. The company has also informed that the dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or before 10.08.2024.
