Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Swasti Vinayaka Synthetics has informed that it enclosed the details of loss of share certificates received from the shareholder through its RTA - Bigshare Services on May 30, 2024. The Shareholder has made application for issuance of duplicate share certificates after complying with required formalities the RTA will issue the Letter of Confirmation in lieu of Original share certificate(s) as required by SEBI vide its circular dated January 25, 2022.
