Rishi Laser has informed that the Board in its meeting held on 27th May 2024, delegated authority to Harshad Patel, the Chairman and Managing Director to ascertain the suitable date, time for holding 32nd Annual General Meeting through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio- Visual means (VC/OAVM). Upon ascertaining the availability of infrastructure and directors, it has been decided that the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Rishi Laser will be held on Friday, 30th August 2024 11.00 am IST through Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means(‘VC/OAVM’). The intimation is pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
