Rainbow Denim has informed that, pursuant to the provisions of clause 4 of schedule B of the PIT regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st July, 2024 and will re-open after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of unaudited financial results for the 01st Quarter ended June 30, 2024 are submitted to stock exchange and disseminated on the website of the Company. The same has been intimated to all directors of the Company.
