VTM has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of SEBI Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company will be closed for all its Directors, Designated Employees, Connected Persons, and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st July 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June 2024. The date of the Board Meeting will be intimated separately.
