In this regard, it has enclosed the details as required under Regulation 30 read with clause 12 of Para B of Part A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No: CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September, 2015.
