Shantai Industries has entered into loan agreement with Karma Trendz for the purpose of Inter Corporate Loan. Size of agreement is Rs 75 lakh. The loan is to be given for a maximum period of 1 year from the date of disbursement but may be extended by mutual discussion.
The company is engaged in manufacturing/trading of yarn (Domestic) and Exports of Textile Fabrics. Apart from their own manufacturing, they also purchase yarn from local market and get it weaved from various units on job work basis and then get it dyed & printed value addition works/Embroidery from local units.
