RSWM has entered into agreement with M/s Didwania Trading Company, Bhilwara. The agreement is for the sale of Thermal Power Plant (2 X 23 MW), which has now become cost-inefficient and redundant, for consideration amounting to Rs 48.01 crore plus applicable taxes.

RSWM, incorporated in 1960 as Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills, has business interests in areas of yarn, fabrics, garments and denim.
