Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Cranex has informed that the Company has received information regarding loss of share certificates from the shareholder, Pratima Pentha Behera (Folio No: 0090790) and the shareholder has requested for issuance of duplicate share certificate in lieu of the original. As per SEBI Circular No. SEBI / HO / MIRSD / MIRSD_RTAMB / P / CIR /2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company/RTA will issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the shareholder after due compliance of requisite formalities.
