In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), LS Industries has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Shareholders considered and approved: Considered and approved the appointment of Jeetendra Kumar Yadav as Managing Director of the Company, Considered and approved the re-appointment of Ankur Mahindru as Independent Director of the Company and Considered and approved the re-appointment of Prateek Puri as Independent Director of the Company. The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations,2015 read with SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11,2023 are given in the enclosed Annexure.
