Further, in accordance with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as already intimated vide letter dated June 27, 2024, the trading window for dealing in the Company's shares will remain closed for all directors and designated persons / class of designated persons till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 i.e. up to August 14, 2024.
