In this connection, earlier as on June 28, 2024, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto and Company’s Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s Securities will remain closed from 1st July 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of standalone Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2024.
