The copy of the said Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the said period issued by MSKA & Associates, the Statutory Auditors of the Company is enclosed; Recommend to the members the re-appointment of Ajay Anand, Managing Director (DIN: 00373248) of the Company who retires by rotation at the ensuing AGM and being eligible, has offered himself for re-appointment; Recommend to the members the re-appointment of Ajay Anand as the Managing Director (DIN: 00373248) of the Company for a period of 5 years from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2030; etc.
