Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; Swasti Vinayaka Synthetics has informed that it enclosed details of application for issuance of duplicate share certificate received from its shareholder through its RTA - Bigshare Services on October 17, 2024. After complying with required formalities by the shareholders, RTA will issue the Letter of Confirmation in lieu of original share certificate(s) as required by SEBI vide its circular dated January 25, 2022.
