Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, ATV Projects India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today 26th October, 2024, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company, has considered and approved replacement of a new set of Articles of Association, in place of existing Articles of Association of the Company (hereinafter referred as ‘AOA’) of the Company. In accordance with the requirements of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 ‘Annexure-A’ is enclosed.
