Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Sicagen India has informed that the Company has received a request letter from a claimant of a deceased shareholder Lt. Mahendra Kumar Jain regarding loss of his original share certificate and to issue duplicate share certificate in lieu of the lost original share certificate. The particulars of the share certificate reported to be loss of the above deceased shareholder.
