SBI Mutual Fund A/C Emerging Fund has purchased around 43 lakh shares of Elgi Equipments through an open market transaction on July 16, 2013. The fund house has bought 20,50,800 shares at Rs 90 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and it has purchased 22,49,200 shares at Rs 89.99 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
On the other hand, Amansa Holdings sold 16,00,000 shares of the company at Rs 90 on the NSE and Amansa Investments sold 11,92,819 shares of the company at Rs 90 on the BSE.
