Tierra Agrotech has received approval from Board for acquisition of 50% equity shares for a consideration of Rs 5,55,501 in its Joint Venture (JV)-- ‘Tidas Agrotech’ from its existing Shareholder. Consequent to such acquisition, Tidas Agrotech becomes the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The objective of acquisition is to improve the operational efficiency and position for future growth in the market.
The company is engaged in research, development, production, processing and commercialization of superior products in major crops like Cotton, Rice, Corn, Mustard, Tomato and Okra.
