Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Sampann Utpadan India has informed that it enclosed the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 11th December 2024 at 12:30 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Video Means (VC/OAVM). The remote E-voting will commence on Sunday, 08th December, 2024 (09:00 am) (IST) and end on Tuesday, 10th November, 2024 (05:00 pm) (IST).
