Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Unistar Multimedia has informed to the Stakeholders that the BSE (Stock Exchange) has imposed fines on the company as on November 21, 2024 for Non-compliance with requirement to appoint a qualified company secretary as the compliance officer within the period prescribed under Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and for late submission of Corporate governance compliance report for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 under Regulation 27(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The details as per requirement of Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is given in ‘Annexure A’.
