Faze Three has informed that further to the communication dated, November 13, 2024, it enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated November 13, 2024 along with the Explanatory Statement, seeking approval of the members of the Company, by voting through electronic means (‘e-voting’) for Appointment of Devajyoti Bhattacharya as an Independent Director on the Board of Director of the Company. Postal Ballot Notice has been sent only through electronic mode to the members whose e-mail address is registered with the Company / Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent / Depository Participants / Depositories. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository (‘NSDL’) as the agency to provide e-voting facility. The e-voting facility will be available during the following period: e-Voting Commencement Time December 18, 2024 – 09:00 AM. (IST) e-Voting Ending Time January 16, 2025 -05:00 pm (IST). The Notice is also available on the Company’s website, www.fazethree.com and on NSDL’s website, www.nsdl.co.in.
