In continuation to letter dated 2nd October 2024, wherein Facor Alloys had informed that Vijay Vashisth, Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company tendered his resignation vide his letter dated 1st October 2024, citing personal reasons, and requested to be relieved from his duties effective from the close of business hours on 5th November 2024. Based on discussions, Vijay Vashisth has extended his notice period through his letter dated 5th November 2024, and accordingly, his last working day now concluded at the close of working hours on 31st December, 2024.
