Shakti Pumps (India) has informed that the Company has invested Rs 6,00,00,000 in its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. Shakti EV Mobility (formerly known as Shakti Green Industries) by subscribing to 60,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each. The consolidated investment is Rs 45,00,00,000 after subscribing aforesaid equity shares. For the same disclosure under Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III Part A Para A(1) of the Listing Regulations and the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July , 2023 is attached as ANNEXURE- I to this letter.
