In compliance with Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR), as amended, Everest Kanto Cylinder has informed that the Company had received Order from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Lucknow Sector-22: Lucknow (C): Lucknow II: Uttar Pradesh, State/UT: Uttar Pradesh for mismatch in input tax credit availed and reflected in Form GSTR-2A and GSTR-3B for the financial year 2020-21. Based on the merits of the matter, prevailing law and the advice of the counsel the Company is in the process of filing an appeal against the said Order. The required information as per Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III is enclosed in the Annexure.
