In continuation to its letter dated January 07, 2025 alongwith copy of resignation dated January 06, 2025 from Ravi Arora, National Sales Manager (Food) of the Company, and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with sub-para 7C of Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Rama Vision has informed that Ravi Arora who has resigned from the Company due to personal reasons has now been relieved from his duties on March 16, 2025. It has further informed that there is no other material reason for the resignation other than the reason mentioned above. Further, disclosure required pursuant SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD- PoDl/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, with regard to change in Senior Management Personnel is enclosed.
