As per the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, W. H. Brady & Co. has informed that the Company has issued the Corporate Guarantee of an amount of Rs. 34,00,00,000 in favour of Union Bank of India on behalf of Brady & Morris Engineering Company, Subsidiary Company for securing its proposed working capital and Term Laon facilities (including Cash Credit Fund Based and Non Fund Based limits). The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular are given under Annexure - A to this letter.
