The Eligible Shareholders of the Company holding the partly-paid equity shares as on record date, 17 March, 2025 are requested to take note of this. Details regarding the payment window dates for the First and Final Call will be provided in the First and Final Call Notice which will be sent to the shareholders of partly paid-up equity shares in due course.
