Gujarat Intrux has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of Gujarat Intrux, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close from 1st April, 2025 till 48 hours of declaration of audited financial result for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2025, for the Directors/KMP and other Designated Employees etc. covered under the Code. Further, note that the date of Board Meeting to be held for the consideration of audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2025 shall be communicate in due course of time.
