Welterman International has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday, 1st April, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ending on 31st March, 2025. During the aforesaid period when the trading window is closed, designated persons including Promoters, Directors, connected persons, the insiders and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s securities.
