Kishore Biyani-promoted Future Ventures India is in advanced stage of talks with private equity fund General Atlantic to offload 22.86% stake in the apparel maker AND Designs for Rs 150-200 crore. Anita Dongre-promoted, AND designs is counted amongst the leading apparel makers in the country. Further, Future Ventures is in talks to sell its 28.3% stake in women’s apparel brand Biba.
