Zodiac Energy has acquired a majority stake and has been admitted as a partner in Radhavallabh Solar Projects LLP and Priyapritam Solar Projects LLP, with effect from May 21, 2025. Following the acquisition, the company now holds a 51% ownership interest in each of the aforesaid LLPs through direct capital contribution. Accordingly, Radhavallabh Solar Projects LLP and Priyapritam Solar Projects LLP have become subsidiaries of the company. The object of the LLP is in line with the object of the company. The said acquisition would result in further expansion of the business of the company.
