In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Dhunseri Ventures has informed that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Dhunseri Poly Films (DPFPL) BOPP Plants Foundation Stone was laid by His Excellency, Lieutenant Governor of J&K at Kathua, Jammu on 8th June, 2025. Function was attended by various Govt. officials, Bankers, major suppliers and customers besides local people. This marks a pivotal milestone in the subsidiary's ongoing efforts to expand its manufacturing footprint.
