Accordingly, he will be relieved from his duties effective from 20thJune, 2025. The details required pursuant to Para a of Part a of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD /CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, is enclosed as Annexure-l. Further, a copy of the resignation letter submitted by Sarojnath Awadhesh Mishra is enclosed as Annexure-Il.
