In compliance with the requirements of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company, Roto Pumps has informed that the trading window for dealing in Company’s securities is closed for the designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2025 and will re-open after 48 hours of the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2025. The same has already been intimated to all the designated persons. The date of Board meeting to be held for approval for said financial results would be intimated in due course of time.
