Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, read with the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons and immediate relatives of designated Persons’, the trading window shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours after conclusion of the board meeting for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025.
