Ema India has received a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) for the sale of the land situated at Industrial Premises, Panki Industrial Area, Udyog Nagar, Kanpur (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Property’), along with the building constructed thereon, to Puneet Rajendra Gupta.
Accordingly, the company has, on August 8, 2025, executed the Deed of Surrender of Lease and the Sale Agreement for the building, after receiving the full consideration amount.
Ema India is engaged in the manufacture of Induction Heating Equipments.
