Everest Kanto Cylinder has informed that it enclosed the revised disclosure along with the details as specified in the Industry Standards Forum Note. Based on the merits of the matter, prevailing law and the advice of the counsel the Company will file an appeal against the said Order with Customs, Excise, Service Tax Tribunal (CESTAT). The required information as per Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III is enclosed in the Annexure below. This revised intimation will also be made available on the website of the Company at www.everestkanto.com.
