Binny has received an approval for sale of entire holding of equity shares of Binny Engineering held by the company to The Thirumagal Mills for a consideration of Rs 3.44 crore. The board of director at its meeting held on September 25, 2013 has approved for the same.
Binny is engaged in the business of marketing textiles goods, marketing engineering and other products, shipping related business, operating cold storage at Cochin, travel agency business approved by IATA and TAI, real estate and Container Freight Station.
