Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Optiemus Infracom has informed that the Company has signed and entered into a Binding Term Sheet with Nothing Electronics (‘Nothing’), an affiliate of London-based technology company, in respect of strategic joint venture for carrying out the business of manufacturing of electronic products of Nothing and CMF, subject to receipt of necessary statutory approvals and completion of customary conditions precedent.
